Return Policy

Because each of our lampshades is handmade to order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Handmade Variations

Each lampshade is individually crafted by hand, which means no two pieces will be exactly alike. Slight variations in pattern placement , color, shading, and construction are natural characteristics of handmade goods and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Before Placing Your Order

We encourage you to review all product photos, dimensions, and material descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about color, sizing, materials, or compatibility with your lamp base, please contact us before placing your order. We’re happy to provide additional photos or guidance.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized orders are final sale once production begins, as materials are sourced and work is started specifically for your order.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that your lampshade arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage as well as the original packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or partial credit at our discretion.
